Education is a necessary path to future employment and prosperity for Belizean children, but they cannot benefit from their schooling unless they are healthy. That’s why Cross Catholic Outreach and our supporters provide students at Mount Carmel Primary School in Benque Viejo with nutritious, daily lunches. These meals are giving poor children—some who even walk across the border from nearby Guatemala—the fuel they need to succeed.
